The Starters DJ’s have mixed genres of music that transcends the level of music that is currently in the club scene. This new wave/electro sound with hip hop accents has broken barriers of live performances in today's music scene. Following the path of Chicago up and comers "Million $ Mano", "Flosstradamus" and "The Cool Kids" has proven to be good ground for the new party/club duo "The Starters". They bring a new and easily cooperative way of performing in which any live performances are usually tied into the dj sets as to not disturb the vibe of the club or show. Currently hosting and/or holding residency at such venues as The Funky Buddha Lounge, Republic, Skybar Chicago, and Debonair, they're music is an unusually refreshing take on electronic club and hip hop music tightly fused together for a sound that is colorful, inventive and yet still catchy enough for everyone to enjoy. S.O.T.D.(their first release) will be a brand new sound in the clubs voiced by Young Live & DJ Mop Top (Starters DJ’s). The mix is a collage of mash-ups, electro hits and original tracks that the team has compiled and exacted to present with undeniable energy.
