Get ready for Ebb & Flow as the two-day art festival returns to Baton Rouge

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – Stroll the streets of downtown Baton Rouge this weekend to find out what it means to celebrate the “unique intersection of arts, culture and ecology” of Red Stick.

This is the goal of the Ebb & Flow Festival 2022, according to the organizers.

Put by the Greater Baton Rouge Arts Councilthe 6th annual spring festival will be held on saturday april 9th ​​and sunday april 10th.

Attendees can expect free access to a wide variety of activities for people of all ages, including arts and culture, film, literature, fitness, water studies and life. ecology, and more.

Coupled with live music, food and entertainment, performances by local dancers, poets and artists, the two-day event is free and open to the public.

On Saturday, the festival will run from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. On Sunday, you can come from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The festival will take place in three main locations:

  • David S. Rhorer Plaza (formerly Galvez Plaza) – 238 North Blvd.
  • North Blvd. Town Square – 222 North Blvd.
  • Cary Saurage Community Arts Centre: 233 Saint-Ferdinand Street.
